DESCRIPTION:

The 6-Axis Robot Welder is a versatile, high-precision solution equipped with laser power options (2000W–12000W) and advanced CCD monitoring for real-time process observation. It supports manual or automated operation, integrates seamlessly with production lines, and achieves welding speeds of 1.5–2m/min.

Powered by the Yaskawa GP-25 robot, it offers a 1730mm arm span, 25kg load capacity, and 0.06mm positioning accuracy, ensuring reliable performance for complex welding needs.

FEATURES

  • High-Precision Laser System: Power range of 2000W–12000W, with a welding penetration range of 0.2–4mm (1/127"–5/32" for 3KW), and a stable wavelength of 1070±10nm.

  • Advanced Welding Speed and Accuracy: Welding speed of 1.5–2m/min (59–79 in/min) with a repeated positioning accuracy of 0.06mm (0.2"), ensuring consistent and precise welding.

  • Sophisticated Weld Tracking System: Equipped with position-finding and real-time tracking functions using visual light to detect welds and adjust motion parameters dynamically.

  • Robust Design and Performance: Features the Yaskawa GP-25 robot with a 1730mm (68") arm span, 25kg (55 lbs) load capacity, and servo motor tracking by Quanta (Canada).

  • Flexible and Automated Operations: Six-axis linkages allow for complex trajectories and postures, enabling high-speed, reliable, and automated welding processes with a large welding range.
