DESCRIPTION
The Tube Expert model features a 160 mm chuck and a power range of 3000 W to 6000 W. It supports tube feeding up to 12000 mm (472″) and workpiece lengths up to 9000 mm (354″). The machine weighs 3.5 T and has a maximum no-load speed of 8000 mm/s.
The machine offers several advantages, including:
- The ability to cut material without tailing, with free adjustment of cutting areas for long materials.
- A unique bevel cutting method with a ±45° groove that simplifies pipe joining and welding.
- A high-precision servo chuck that offers greater clamping accuracy, increased dust resistance, and a longer service life. This chuck also prevents deformation of thin-walled tubes and allows for cutting tubes with special shapes.
